## Site assistant: Boffin AI
The website has an AI assistant, **Boffin AI**, opened from the navbar ("Ask AI"), the floating button, the ⌘K menu, and "Ask Boffin AI" links under FAQs and price bands.
It is an AI and says so; it does not pose as a person. It answers only from this site's published pages: services, published prices, case studies, FAQs and the architecture write-ups, and it quotes case-study results only as the case study states them.
It runs on a Claude model through OpenRouter. Retrieval is keyword-based (BM25) over this site's own pages, with company facts and pricing rules always included and the visitor's current page weighted higher; no vector database.
It helps visitors find the right service, check published prices and book a 20-minute call. Quotes, discounts and contract terms go to a person via the contact page. It does not answer off-topic questions.
