1. Scope
This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how we handle information in connection with our mobile software applications (collectively, the “Applications”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using an Application, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and uninstall the Application.
2. What we mean by personal information
“Personal information” means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you or your device, either alone or in combination with other information. Examples can include account identifiers, contact details you voluntarily submit, or persistent device identifiers, depending on how an Application is built and which features you use.
Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you is not treated as personal information under this Policy.
3. Our commitment: no sale and no financial misuse
We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose personal information to third parties in exchange for money or other valuable consideration in the manner commonly described as a “sale” of personal data under applicable privacy laws.
We do not use your personal information for our own financial benefit in ways that would monetize that information separately from operating and supporting the Application. For example, we do not use your personal information to profile you for paid targeted advertising on behalf of unrelated advertisers, to build cross-app behavioral advertising segments for sale, or to license personal data to data brokers. If an Application includes optional features that involve third-party services (such as crash reporting), those services are used to maintain reliability and security—not to sell your data.
4. Information we may collect or process
The exact data elements depend on each Application's features and your device settings. In general, categories may include:
- Information you provide. For example, text or files you choose to submit through forms, feedback, or support requests inside the Application.
- Technical and usage information. Such as device type, operating system version, app version, diagnostic logs, and coarse performance or stability metrics needed to fix bugs and improve compatibility.
- Information from the platform. App stores may share limited information with developers according to their own policies (for example, aggregate install statistics or crash summaries). We follow the platform providers' applicable terms when we access such information.
We collect or process personal information only where we have a legitimate purpose related to providing the Application, keeping it secure, meeting legal obligations, or supporting you when you contact us.
5. How we use information
We use information—including any personal information—as appropriate to:
- Operate, maintain, and deliver the Application's core functionality;
- Diagnose crashes, errors, and compatibility issues;
- Respond to support requests and communicate about important service changes;
- Protect the security and integrity of our services and users;
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
We do not use personal information for the purpose of selling it, and we do not use it to obtain financial gain through unrelated commercial exploitation of your identity or behavior.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We may share information with service providers who assist us under contract (for example, hosting, analytics limited to app health, or customer support tools), subject to confidentiality and data-processing obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Except as described in this Policy or as required by law, we do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes, and we do not sell personal information.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Technical logs may be kept for shorter periods unless needed to investigate an incident.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to use device security features and keep your operating system updated.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights that apply to you, contact us using the method described in Section 13.
You can often control permissions (such as notifications or location) through your device or operating system settings. Revoking a permission may limit some features.
10. Children
Our Applications are not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required for processing their personal information under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe we have done so, please contact us so we can delete the information where required.
11. International users
If you use our Applications from outside the country where we operate servers or subprocessors, your information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection rules. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards described by applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law or by the relevant app store (for example, in-app notice or updated store listing text).
13. Contact
For questions or requests regarding this Policy or your personal information, please use the contact channel indicated alongside the Application on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (for example, the developer website or support email shown there).
You may also reach our team through the main website contact page if one is linked from the store listing.
