Every developer we place has passed a live coding exercise and a technical interview with one of our seniors before they are on our bench. You then interview them yourself before anyone starts. If a developer is not working out in the first month, we replace them at no cost.

Our developers adapt to your workflows. We commit to at least three to four hours of direct overlap with your working day, whatever your working day is. They join your stand-ups, work in your Slack, your board and your repository, and report to your technical lead. A project manager on our side handles everything that is not code.
