We design it, build it,
and get it found.
Websites, web applications, mobile apps and the brand work around them — plus the search and local visibility that decides whether any of it gets seen. One team, one invoice, and no gap between the people who design it and the people responsible for the traffic.

The part of our work you will never see
One of our clients is the reason this company exists.
He hired us before Boffin Coders had a name. We are still working for him. Four more have been with us for years, and all five sit behind NDAs — we cannot name them, show the work or describe what it does, and we never will, including after they leave. That is a large part of what this company builds, and none of it can go in a portfolio.
So judge us on the part we can show: the reviews below, the apps you can install, and the 75 projects whose owners were happy to be named. Then ask how many agencies you have met that kept a client for nine years.
One client hired us before the company existed. He is still here.

The question everybody asks
Can you trust a team on the other side of the world?
It is the first thing most people worry about and the last thing they say out loud. A client in Canada answers it in 59 seconds — unedited, in their own words.

Work with names on it
Dashboards, platforms, storefronts, brands.
9 of the 75 in the portfolio. Real clients, real builds, every one a page you can open right now.
The half nobody expects
Brochures, identities, packaging.
Brand and print is the largest body of work we have delivered, and the fastest to turn around. Most people who know us as a development shop have no idea. The first one below is for the same client whose review and video are further up this page.

What we actually do
Three ways in, one team.
Some clients start with a logo and end up with a platform. Others start with a rebuild and keep us on retainer. You do not have to know which one you are yet.
Keep it working, keep it found
The work that does not stop at launch. Retainers rather than one-off invoices — how a site stays fast, indexed and current instead of quietly rotting for two years.
Design that ships in weeks
Our largest body of delivered work and the fastest to turn around. Brand, interface and print — standalone, or the front half of a build.
Websites, web apps and mobile
From a marketing site that has to rank, through to a custom web application with real business logic behind it. Built so the search work alongside it is not thrown away at launch.
Overflow capacity, under your name
Design or development, your NDA, your brand, your client. We never appear and never make contact — not once, not for a testimonial. Two of the reviews above are from agencies we build for.
Sprints from $2,400 per two-week sprint, or a dedicated developer at $4,000 a month.
How a project actually runs
Search is scoped on day one, not bolted on at the end.
The usual order is design, build, launch — then hand the finished site to somebody else and ask them to make it rank. The rankings die in that handover, every time. Here the two tracks come out of the same scope and meet again before anything is built.
Software with our own name on it
Don't take our word for it. Install it.
Ten apps we built and publish ourselves, live on the App Store and Google Play. Most agencies show screenshots; ours went through store review, privacy manifests and data-safety declarations — and still work when you install them.
PDF Toolkit scans, OCRs and edits documents entirely on your phone — the Android build ships without the internet permission, so the operating system cannot let it upload anything. Check it yourself: aapt dump permissions
Where this is going
AI on your side of the firewall.
Every agency now says it builds AI agents. Almost none will tell you where your data goes. We work mostly with clients in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Norway, Australia and New Zealand — the answer matters there, and for a lot of them “it goes to an American model provider” ends the conversation. So we build the version that does not.
Document AI that never leaves the phone
PDF Toolkit scans, OCRs, converts and signs documents entirely on the device. The Android build ships without the internet permission, so the operating system itself cannot let it upload anything.
Our own outreach runs on it
A multi-model pipeline drafts every message, audits it against a written rulebook before anyone sees it, and classifies replies. It is not permitted to send anything on its own. Built because one founder cannot afford a sales team.
In production, used daily
Retrieval over your data, on your infrastructure
Self-hosted or on-device, for buyers who cannot put client records into someone else’s model. This is where we are taking the practice, and we would rather show you the two above than sell you a strategy deck.
Where this is going
The numbers, honestly
Four claims we can back.

Where to start
Two ways in. Both start with a price.
Almost nobody in this industry publishes one, so comparing three agencies means booking three calls before you learn who is even in range. These are floors rather than averages, in USD. If the numbers below do not work for you, you have just saved yourself a meeting.
Day rate equivalent $25–49 an hour
A site that brings you work
Design, build, and the search work that decides whether anyone sees it. One team, one invoice, no handover gap where the rankings quietly die.
From $5,000
Below that we will say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
Build capacity, under your name
You sold it, we build it. Fixed sprint price agreed up front, your NDA, and we never contact your client. We work with studios in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Norway, Australia and New Zealand.
$2,400 per two-week sprint
Or a dedicated developer on your team at $4,000 a month.
Tell us what isn't working.
Twenty minutes. You describe the problem, we tell you what it would take to fix and roughly what it costs. If we're not the right fit we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
No deck. No follow-up sequence. You'll be talking to Manoj, not a salesperson.
