Technical SEO agency in India that ships the fix, not the report
Boffin Coders is a technical SEO agency in India that fixes search problems where they start, in the code and the content of your site. We make the change ourselves, in your repository or your CMS, and check it in Search Console instead of handing you a report. That covers rendering and indexing, site moves that keep every URL, programmatic pages built from your own data, and the local search work that gets a business found nearby.
Running a clinic, a trade or a shop and need a website that brings enquiries? That is our local business line.
Figures you can check
Client figures stay on their own case studies. These four come from timezones.in, a site we own, and the note under them says how each was measured and what we do not count yet.
- 10,723
- pages published
- 9,045
- conversion pages, no duplicates
- 0
- URLs lost in the rebuild
- 1.1s
- Largest Contentful Paint, home page
Client work is summarised in the case studies below. This one is ours, so we can show all of it.
timezones.in is our own utility site: 10,723 pages generated from six templates. Because there is no client to ask, we can publish its architecture, its rebuild and its failures, including the week it spent offline and the fact that nobody had verified it in Search Console until September 2026.
The rebuild moved every page to a new framework. Before it went live we took a snapshot of every URL and compared the new build against it, and nothing was missing when it shipped. The same inventory, redirect map and diff go into a client site move, because that is where rankings are usually lost. When the fix turns out to be a rebuild rather than a repair, the same team does the web application work, so nothing is lost in a handover between suppliers.
What went wrong
The site was offline for a week, and it went unverified in Search Console for longer than it should have. Both are in the write-up, because a search partner who hides their own mistakes will hide yours.
What we do not know yet
How many of the 10,723 pages Google has indexed. Published pages and indexed pages are different numbers, and we will not quote the second one until Search Console shows it.
Search work for local businesses and an online store
Four sectors where we have run search for a paying client, each with a write-up you can read. We list a sector here only when there is an engagement behind it.
A local cleaning company serving fifteen nearby towns from one generic service page. We built location pages, rewrote the service pages around what people search for, and completed the Google Business Profile.
- Location pages
- Service page rewrites
- Google Business Profile
- Local citations
A solar installer with a strong reputation offline and a website that did not show it. We restructured the site around the services people search for, fixed the Business Profile and added structured data.
- Site structure
- Local keywords
- Business Profile
- Schema markup
A painting company competing with larger local firms for interior painting searches. We rewrote the service pages, fixed speed and mobile issues, built citations and completed the Business Profile.

An online store selling Tesla accessories against much larger automotive retailers. We fixed the technical issues, rebuilt category and product pages around buyer searches and tightened the internal linking.
- Technical SEO
- Category pages
- Product pages
- Internal links
For a shop, search is half the job, and the ecommerce page covers the other half, choosing a platform for the stage you are at, and our Shopify and WordPress builds are where the store itself gets made. The one health client we have done search for is Praxis Dreierlei, a medical practice whose owner reviewed the search and redesign work on GoodFirms. For healthcare, estate agencies, education and streaming we build the software, and have no paid search engagement to show yet. The industries page lists every sector we build for.
What clients said
Word for word from the review platforms, including a practice owner whose search rankings and website we worked on. Each card links to the profile it came from.
“Boffin Coders improved my search rankings and redesigned my website. They were professional, easy to work with, and delivered great results. Boffin Coders really gets in the topic of the problem and suggests different solutions.”

Technical SEO and programmatic SEO services
Six kinds of work, all of it done in your own site and accounts. The technical fixes come first, because content on a site Google cannot read is wasted.
Technical SEO fixes
We find what stops Google reading your pages and fix it in the code: pages rendered only in the browser, redirect chains, canonical tags pointing the wrong way, duplicate URLs from filters, a slow first paint on a phone. If your site is a React app, our post on React SEO explains the rendering problem in plain terms.
What it includes
- Rendering and indexing checks
- Redirects and canonical tags
- Core Web Vitals on mobile
- Sitemaps and robots rules
Programmatic pages
Pages generated from your own data, one per location, product or query, each with something on it a person would want. The hard part is not generating pages. It is stopping near-duplicates, which Google ignores or holds against you, so we check every page for uniqueness before it is published.
What it includes
- Templates fed from your database
- Duplicate checks before publishing
- Links between generated pages
- Sitemaps that match what is live
Site moves without losses
A redesign or a platform change is where most sites lose rankings, usually through a redirect rule nobody tested. We list every URL before the move, map each one to its new address, and compare the new build against that list before it goes live.
What it includes
- A full URL inventory
- A one-to-one redirect map
- A diff before launch
- Search Console checks after launch
Local search
For a business that serves an area: service and location pages that say what you do and where, a complete Google Business Profile, listings that agree with each other, and a routine for asking customers for reviews. It is the core of the local business package, priced further down this page.
What it includes
- Google Business Profile
- Service and location pages
- Citations and listings
- Review requests
Content that answers buyers
Pages and posts written around the questions your buyers type, planned against what you already rank for so that two of your own pages never compete for one query. Plain English, no filler written to reach a word count.
What it includes
- A keyword map, one page per query
- Service page rewrites
- Posts from real questions
- An internal linking plan
Links you can explain
We earn links by making pages worth citing and by asking the sites that already mention you to link to you. We do not buy links, rent them from private blog networks or trade them, because a penalty costs more than a slow month.
What it includes
- Unlinked mentions followed up
- Directory and citation clean-up
- Pages worth linking to
- A review of links you already have
How a technical SEO engagement runs, month by month
Four steps, then the last two repeat each month. You see every change we make, in your own accounts, and the report is written from your Search Console.
Read the site
We crawl the site, read your Search Console, and read the code or the CMS that produces the pages. The output is a short list of problems in order of what they cost you, not a hundred-row export.
Deliverables
- Crawl and Search Console review
- Code or CMS review
- Problems ranked by cost
- A keyword map for existing pages
Fix what blocks
Rendering, indexing, redirects and speed come first, because content written on a site Google cannot read is wasted. Changes go in as pull requests or CMS edits you can see one by one.
Deliverables
- Fixes you can review
- Redirect and canonical clean-up
- Mobile speed work
- Structured data that matches the page
Build what is missing
Service and location pages, programmatic pages where you have the data for them, and the Business Profile and listings work for a local business.
Deliverables
- New pages from the keyword map
- Programmatic templates
- Business Profile and listings
- Internal links
Measure and repeat
A monthly note with what shipped, what moved in Search Console and what comes next. If something did not work, the note says so and says what we will try instead.
Deliverables
- A monthly Search Console report
- What shipped, as a list of links
- Next month’s plan
- A call when you want one
Being quoted by AI assistants, without the buzzwords
More questions now end in an answer from ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews rather than a click. Here is what we do about it, and what nobody can do.
Nobody can insert a brand into a model, and anyone selling that is guessing. What you can do is make your facts easy to find and easy to quote: a plain summary of who you are and what you charge, questions answered in a paragraph that stands on its own, pages that render on the server so AI crawlers can read them, and structured data that says the same thing as the page.
Our receipt is this site's own llms.txt, a plain-text file for AI crawlers that lists our services, published rates, company facts and a claims policy. Open it and compare it with this page. When we do this for a client, we write the file from the same facts as the pages and check that the two agree before either goes live.

Keyword tools estimate. Search Console reports what happened. When you already pay for Ahrefs or Semrush we work in your account, and every number in a report comes from a tool you can open yourself.
- Google Search Console · What Google indexed, and what it showed
- Google Analytics 4 · What visitors did next
- Google Business Profile · The listing in local results
- Lighthouse and PageSpeed · Speed on a mid-range phone
- Screaming Frog · A full crawl of the site
- curl and the browser · What a crawler actually receives
Your redirect list is about to swallow a page that still works
One wildcard rule can send a ranking page to a blog listing and nobody sees an error. The rule, the one-word exception, and four commands that prove it on a live site.

Questions to ask a technical SEO agency in India
What we change, what it costs, what happens to your traffic in a redesign, and why we will not promise you a ranking.
Code and content, in your own accounts. Typically that is how pages render for Google, redirects and canonical tags, duplicate URLs, page speed on a phone, structured data, and the service pages themselves. Each change is a pull request or a CMS edit you can see, and we check its effect in Search Console rather than in a tool’s score.
